Baseball
St. Thecla baseball teams compete in the CYO against other local CYO parishes. Currently, this is open to all 5th-8th graders who are students and/or parishioners of St. Thecla.
Ages
Our JV Baseball Team is open to 5/6th graders, and in some instances, 4th graders. Our Varsity Baseball Team is open to 7/8th graders.
When
Season begins in Mid-March and concludes at the end of May.
Where
Indoor practices are located in the St. Thecla Gym. Outdoor practices and home games are located at the St. Thecla Field. Away games are at local CYO parishes.
Practices
Practice days and times vary. Generally, 2-3 times a week.
Games
Teams play 8-12 regular season games, depending on the number of teams in our respective division.
Jerseys
Uniforms and hats are provided by the St. Thecla Athletic Dept.
What happens if it rains before a practice or game?
Coaches will contact you directly, and/or a message will be put on this website.
Spring 2024
The St. Thecla Baseball program begins practices in mid/late March. Days/times are still yet to be determined. Games are played during the week and sometimes on Saturdays.
